Pan de bono is Pao de queijo‘s easy-going cousin. It is a much more simple, fast and just as delicious cheese bread as its brazilian counterpart. With 5 minutes of preparation, using the most basic utensils, you can make a fantastic appetizer and/or snack. Colombians eat it with hot chocolate. They also have colorful anecdotes explaining pan de bono’s fitting name: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pandebono).
