- Whole Cleaned And Skinless Pineapple
- 1 cup of water
- Crushed ice, Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)
Directions
1. | Cut the pineapple in chunks and put them in the blender |
2. | Add the water and blend until you obtain a smooth concoction |
3. | Filter using a sieve |
4. | Serve chilled |
