Smoked turkey and pumpkin seed soup…Tropical Thanksgiving…

November 22, 2011 by Tropical Foodies

If the American Thanksgiving was celebrated in Côte d’Ivoire, that dish would definitely be on the table. The smoked turkey, the pumpkin seeds fit right into the traditional American fare. This stew/soup is very easy to make, very flavorful and an original, tropical spin to ingredients that can be found pretty much everywhere.

Yummm! This looks like a great way to switch it up and get away from those tired Thanksgiving dishes now! Starting to get bored with the same plates. Would you prefer to use pumpkin seeds or egusi?
