Ingredients
- 250g almond flour
- 350g sugar
- 5 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
1. | mix the almond flour, sugar, 3 egg whites and vanilla |
2. | beat the remaining egg whites until stiff and add them to the mix |
3. | add the chocolate powder to half of the mix (optional) |
4. | make little macarons (with a spoon or a pastry bag) on greaseproof paper |
5. | bake them at 355 F for approximately 20 minutes, or until they get as brown as desired!! |
