Crepe Creole Recipe

Cook time 30 minutes
Total time 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 500ml milk
  • coconut milk

Directions

1. Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well and break in the eggs one by one
2. Melt the butter and add it to the well, along with the milk, coconut milk, rum and a pinch of salt. Add finely chopped green onion and pepper
3. Heat up a lightly oiled frying pan, pour in some batter using a laddle and spread around uniformly. Cook the crepe on each side until golden brown. Keep making crepes until you have no more batter left
