Crepe Creole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 500ml milk
- coconut milk
Directions
1. | Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well and break in the eggs one by one |
2. | Melt the butter and add it to the well, along with the milk, coconut milk, rum and a pinch of salt. Add finely chopped green onion and pepper |
3. | Heat up a lightly oiled frying pan, pour in some batter using a laddle and spread around uniformly. Cook the crepe on each side until golden brown. Keep making crepes until you have no more batter left |
