Avocado Sauce/ Salsa de Aguacate

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, or 3-4 smaller ones
- 2-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice ((or to taste))
- 1/2 cup drained pimiento-stuffed olives chopped
- 1 tablespoon brine-packed capers, (drained)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and french ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. | Using a fork, mash the avocado together with the lime juice. |
2. | Stir in the olives, capers and oil |
3. | Season with salt and pepper |
4. | Serve |
