Ingredients
- 2 filets of sway basa
- 2 filets of rock cod
- a bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- cloves of garlic
Directions
1. | Blend the onions, garlic and parsley together |
2. | Cut the up the fish in small chunks. Place the fish in a small bowl and add the onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper |
3. | Heat up some oil in a skillet. Form small balls with the fish mixture, coat them in flour and drop them in the hot oil one at at time. |
4. | The fish balls will cook quickly, a few minutes. Turn them over once they've cooked on one side. After a few minutes of cooking on each side, remove the fish balls with a slotted spoon and drain them on some paper towel. |
