Boulettes De Poisson Ivoiriennes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of sway basa
  • 2 filets of rock cod
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • cloves of garlic

Directions

1. Blend the onions, garlic and parsley together
2. Cut the up the fish in small chunks. Place the fish in a small bowl and add the onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper
3. Heat up some oil in a skillet.
Form small balls with the fish mixture, coat them in flour and drop them in the hot oil one at at time.
4. The fish balls will cook quickly, a few minutes. Turn them over once they've cooked on one side.
After a few minutes of cooking on each side, remove the fish balls with a slotted spoon and drain them on some paper towel.
