Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
- 8 squares of pur half sweetened chocolate (or 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup of butter or lactose free margarine (for instance, one made from soy)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of flour ((for celiacs, your favorite all purpose gluten free flour will do the trick !) … Tropicalized)
- 4 slices of pineapple or 1 small mango
- half portions of each
Directions
1. | Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until melted. |
2. | Add the flour and sugar and stir. Same thing with the eggs. |
3. | Cut the fruits in small pieces. In custard cups or in a muffin pan, pour the chocolate mix first then the fruits and top them with the mix. |
4. | Bake the cakes at 400F for approximately 15 minutes, depending on how you want the cakes to be melting. |
