Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
- 175g flour (for instance, all purpose gluten-free flour)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 375g coconut flakes
- 75g sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions
1. | Pour the flour in a bowl Add the melted butter and half portion of the coconut flakes |
2. | Mix everything with your hands. (Yep, that’s the beginning of the messy part!! ) |
3. | Add the beaten egg to the mix and keep mixing with your hands. |
4. | Put the oil on your hands. Take a small quantity of the mix and make a ball. Dip it into the rest of the coconut flakes and put it on a baking sheet that you greased beforehand. |
5. | Do the same with the rest of the mix. |
6. | Put your cookies in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes, or until as brown as preferred. |
