Marie Galantaise fish Recipe

Ingredients
- 1-2lb easily baked fish (tuna, trout)
- 200ml white wine
- 1-2 sprig parsley
- oil, flour, salt, pepper
- 3 stalks green onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 habanero pepper
- 100g mushrooms
Directions
1. | Season the pieces of fish with salt and pepper, coat them with flour and fry lightly in a little bit of oil. Remove from the fire and set aside |
2. | In the same oil, stir fry the garlic, pepper and spring onions, add the mushrooms, tomatoes and chopped parsley. |
3. | Transfer into a baking dish and place in the tuna and diced carrots. Pour in the white wine and bake for 15-20 minutes at medium temperature |
4. | Service with white rice or baked yellow sweet potatoes |
