Sukuma wiki
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Sukuma (kale or collard greens) (chopped)
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
Directions
1. | Heat up oil in a pot and add the onions |
2. | Stir well and saute for a bit |
3. | Add tomato and saute |
4. | Add sukuma and saute for a short time |
5. | Add 1/2 cup water and then salt to taste |
6. | Let the mixture simmer until the sukuma has reached a desired tenderness |
7. | Serve warm with ugali or chapati |
